Mr. Jonathon Ginsberg was recommended to my by my attorney. I called him this morning because I was told that my elderly parents' problems could only be solved by bankruptcy. The attorney that said that also said that he was not a bankruptcy attorney and, as he was also a family member, said we needed to find a good bankruptcy attorney. If you are looking for one, stop. This is your man. Within 5 minutes, he knew that my parents' circumstances would not and could not include bankruptcy. In other words, I would not be his client. He proceeded to spend the next 46 minutes giving me an incredible wealth of information. He was so very gracious and patient. He listened to me and answered not only all of my questions, he answered questions that I did not know existed! He also told me all the next steps that I needed to take to take care of the situation. He is not only clearly very, very experienced but also kind and caring. I, truly, do not think you will find a more competent, talented, compassionate person for the job than Mr. Gingberg.
