All i can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MORGAN&MORGAN! I used morgan&morgan to appeal my va tdiu, and within 4 months i was approved. My family and i cried when we received the congratulations letter in the mailbox on winning my approval. There is no need to talk to the lawyers directly, leave them alone and let them work! I spoke to my paralegal April Vaugh and she was the best. She stayed in contact with me from start, middle, to finish!

OK you want to hear from me. Here goes. Minimum wage on one of your commercial I disagree with. It's ment for someone just starting to work. Usually a high school kid. You raise minimum wage and most people disagree or don't believe me but everything else goes up in price.

I have contacted your law firm on numerous reasons and events. I get told everytime "call the Florida bar"!

I called Morgan and Morgan about a month ago! They said I would receive a phone call after talking to a consultant and I never got that call. I waited patiently and called back after a month an a couple of weeks. Did ok with my husband's case. Just wished lawyer was upfront about possible advance . Wasn't told it had to be in paperwork and when he tried to talk to lawyer about it, he was told call back Monday the 24th @4pm. Wow so disappointed; they're usually better than this.

I have no business with them but their local and online ads really make feeling sick. Morgan's boss driving a luxury convertible car with his well groomed dog, large mansion with his kid? All I see is a rich man showing off his wealth. The ads doesn't even make any sense to express anything about helping people. The great invest on ads will finally come to the customer's bill. That decides one thing for sure, the cost will be much higher than their competitors'. Doubt if everything is about their slogan: Morgan and Morgan, for the people. But pretty sure with one thing: For the money.

Son was involved in a motorcycle accident where the other driver was at fault and unfortunately the insurance only had a $25,000 pay out and the medical bills, EMS will way higher than that not to mention he still has rehabs that he has not been to which is not included and between the lawyer and the medical bills he's not even going to get possibly 3000 Sue the Carson home get him to get a better payout for his pain suffering and loss of wages plus rehab for his broken wrist not happy

I was not happy after 3 weeks of hearing nothing. When I finally did hear from someone, half the paperwork I sat, filled out and submitted, was missing. The person I dealt with in the office in Tallahassee, neglected to submit the most important paperwork for my case. SMH.

Every time I had a question, whether I thought it was an important question to me, or not to my attorney; he always treated as it was a good question and one that concerned me and took the time to answer. My complaint is that my case handler doesn't reply whether it's by voicemail or email. I have left 3 voicemails in 2 weeks with no reply. That's a little ridiculous.

My husband Hired this company to help him after he got Hurt after a man that was driving a car hit his Bush Hogg Back of his Tractor. My husband not heard from this company since 10/16 they wanted us to go thur our insurance company to pay for his medical and work loss and didn’t see the point to this when was not my husband fault for the Accident. I heard on an advertisement that Morgan and Morgan could get the spam calls to quit and make money per each call. I have done everything to stop theses calls for a vehicle warranty that I've never had, nor have I ever had a vehicle that was new enough to have a warranty. So I decided to call Morgan and Morgan to ask the simple question. "can you make these spam calls stop? " So the lady says yes there's a department for that and transfers me to some India lady and they wanted all my information to look at my case. I said ma'am I've never had a case and asked my simple question again. She said that they didn't do that. So I would say that was false advertisement Morgan and Morgan and India lady!!!

It is of my pure opinion that someone else is intercepting their calls and denying callers access to their attorneys. Some big-time corruption going on in Florida’s phone systems. This could be their competition doing this shady work.

I asked them to call me about suing a dog breeder in Texas. They took all my information and i never got a call from anyone. For the people my butt.

I started my case January 2016 with one attorney, and she ended up leaving the firm about February 2017. I got assigned another case manager and she got my case settled within 2 weeks! Thank you so much Robin!!

My husbands truck was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light & because the other guys insurance had lapsed, we had to sue his insurance company for my husband's medical care...because they weren't going to pay!
Morgan & Morgan made it happen.. PLUS we were reimbursed for the money he'd lost, due to his injuries; which left him unable to work for several months.

Both Jim Biggart and Matt Caldwell were very informative and helpful. Jim especially was particularly helpful when it came to clarification and making it as easy as possible. Had great experience and would recommend.
