My experience with Brad and the Weinstein Firm was unlike any other I've had with attorneys. They were very truthful and honest with me in regards to my case. After the initial call, I was set to go to physical therapy. After that was over, it was like pulling teeth to get any updates or to hear from anyone. The initial person handling my case went on vacation, quit, and I heard nothing back from anyone for months. They ended up passing the case on to a second guy who couldn't seem to tell me much of anything. Then the claim was passed onto a third person, this guy was better at communication and Let me know some details that I should have been told months ago! They neglected to tell me that because they couldn't agree on liability with the at fault party that they ended up getting the settlement out of MY insurance company. I would have loved to know that prior. That being said,I got a reasonable settlement amount nearly a year later but I wouldn't recommend using them again. Maybe if they had more lawyers like the third guy, I believe his name was Jared.

So i had an accident almost 2 years ago...and i check my credit report and the firm didnt pay for my first hospital bill...and i have emails letting them know about the hospital...they assured me that all the medical bills were paid. They were also hard to get in connact with.

Truthfully, I would not recommend this Law firm to my worse enemy, I was in a very bad auto accident in which I was hit from behind on the interstate by a driver travelling 80 mph, while I was traveling 55 mph, once I was locked into an agreement with The Weinstein Group, the nightmare began, I did a majority of the leg work, from gathering police reports, medical records, medical bills, images from XRays, everthing to expedite the process, only to be met with unreturned phone calls, and no real communication, I stressed the fact that because of the accident, and me being out of work with no income for almost 3 months, they were not concerned, I ended up having to move out of my apartments, when I tried to take out a loan on my settlement to cover bills, I was only offered $500, in which I had to pay back $1000 , I am left with permanent back trouble, Shoulder pain in which I am going to eventually have to have surgery on, but none of that was taken into account, there was no pain and suffering covered in the settlement, in the end I was only offered less than $5000 for an accident that could have killed me. I never would have thought that a law firm that was supposed to represent me, and be my voice, would treat the victim like I was at fault, I honestly believe I would have been better off dealing with the insurance company on my own, because my life has been turned upside down since this whole ordeal began, and I was not compensated for what I have been, and is still going through, I rated The Weinstein Group one star, that's only because there was no rating lower, I would tell anybody to avoid them if you don't want to be trapped into an agreement with a law firm that doesn't really care about the life of their clients

Met an accident in oct 2016 and other party was at fault.
I Visited the personal injury doctors for 3 months and felt better.However
other party insurer offered a very low quote for 5150.
When we looked at settlement equation , it looked very nasty.We owed 13k in between different doctors
and my insurance company which I had to pay back, forget about any gains.I was really hopeless worrying about how am I going to pay even the medical bills.

I used the firm for an auto accident that occurred in Oakwood, GA. To no fault of the firm, the billing department at my medical company was taking way too long to get documents back. The medical company didnt even submit the proper billing forms to their billing department, which severely limited what the firm could do.

This law firm and I have gone through the ringer with each other. No matter how upset or frustrated I become nor how much grief I gave those personnel I contacted, this firm stood by my side and got me a settlement well above what was expected.
