Let me start off by saying I was never actually represented by Christopher Simon Attorney at Law. The service this Law Firm have provided to me is above exceptional. I was in a car accident approximately about a year ago. I shopped around looking for different lawyers to assist me or advise me on what to do because I have never been in a car accident when I was injured or had to be compensated or even needed a lawyer. I will not name names but there were several radio advertised lawyers that did not have my interest and I can see a scam from far away so I distance myself. I stumbled upon Christopher Simon's Law I believe online. I gave them a call and if paralegals immediately set up and meeting for me to meet with Christopher. Christopher is a ball of energy and personality when we met it was so genuine. He was straight for letting me know what he believed my case was worth but one thing he said to me that stuck out was that he believed that I could do this on my own. I quite didn't believe in myself so I went ahead and started to let him represent me immediately his paralegals and farm were on the ball. They contact my insurance company and they also contact the other at-fault accident Peoples Insurance Company sending out letters letting them know that they will represent me. The law firm is very professional while I was there I was presented a package cards in a book that I happen to skim through and read eventually. After a week or two I decided after talking with Christopher that I no longer needed them to represent me. There were no ill feelings they immediately sense and the necessary documents to let the insurance companies know that they would not be representing me. This did not stop Christopher nor his team from assisting me. And boy did I call for help LOL. The help that I received here I honestly feel like I can be a paralegal now. These are the things I found while using the Law firm. If you want someone who cares, maintains great communication and has your best interest at heart...this is the firm. A woman of 76 at times feel left out, but this was not the case. My greatest appreciation was I never had to wonder what was going on Mr. Bridgers kept me informed on a regular bases what was happening and to not worry they watching out for me. So I could relax knowing I was being cared for.

I had been in an accident in August 2017, and tried to handle the claim on my own. I am a pretty intelligent person, and was once a Family Law paralegal, so I figured I could handle the adjusters for the adverse party. However, the entire process became taxing. I searched and searched for an attorney to help, but none would take the case because the body damage to my car was minimal. And unfortunately this firm could not either. I really can't find enough words to express what an amazing job he did in a very difficult situation (The loss of an immediate family member). Christopher Simon and his team are absolute LIFE SAVERS! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and though I was not at fault I was very negligent in handling my case on my own. I wouldn't even give one star if I could write this without it! me and my family was in a car accident a couple months ago and i looked at the reviews so I thought ok I'll go with these guys! Worst mistake of my life!!! I had Harrison and he literally did nothing!!! he didn't communicate with me like he should of and he literally killed my case because he didnt get me in the doctor until a month later and to top it off he didn't even send the legal papers to the insurance to let them know he was representing me!!! So I would advise anyone to look more into who you choose to represent u! I wish I had of!

My husband and daughter were injured in a motor vehicle accident in 2014, no fault of theirs, my husband required surgery (rotator cuff was completely severed) and my daughter missed an entire year of school due to a closed head injury. I first inquired with Mr. Simon in October 2015 after dealing with an unresponsive lawyer. This was my first accident and I was very confused and afraid on which way to turn. He provided me with his accident guide and recommended that I move forward with making an attempt to settle the claim on my own without the use of a lawyer. I terminated my lawyer the next day and diligently followed the steps in his accident guide . I requested my own medical records and used the various letter templates provided in the guide. Simply Chris Simon is the best lawyer! If you want results he is the man to get the job done. I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident July 2014, which resulted in my collarbone being a complete fractured and the driver at fault did not have any insurance. I was a bit skeptical about getting a lawyer and everyone who was referred by a friend and or relative just did not make me feel comfortable. In November of 2012, I was involved in a nasty bicycle accident, which was caused by a homeowners dog running out from their yard, into the street, and directly into the front wheel of my bike while I was doing about 25mph. I sustained many broken bones and spent 8 days in the hospital. The homeowners first denied they owned the dog, later admitted the dog was theirs, but that their dog wouldn't do something like that. Long story short, a friend referred me to Chris, and without his help I am nearly certain that things would not have turned out the way they did (he got the homeowners insurance company to finally agree to settle the case). Chris is an unbelievably knowledgeable lawyer, and very well respected by his peers (as was witnessed by me at mediation). I made a phone call to Christopher Simon based on the other reviews here. I called and his secretary piped me right through to his cell phone. I had been to a sleazy lawyer right after the accident and I wasw uneasy about trying to only get top dollar for my accident. I was involved in an automobile accident in December, 2010 that resulted in multiple surgeries with surgical cost near $100,000.00.. The driver of the other vehicle was cited for the accident but had borrowed the vehcile from a friend. The owner had the minimum liability insurance required by Georgia law which was not near enough to even cover my medical bills.
