Mrs gumms helped me with my divorce years ago and she is still there. Very nice lady.

i called 2 to 3 weeks ago for help the receptions told me that they would call me if i was qualified for free legal help i receive a call very last minuet before my appeal date then they want me to ask the judge if i can reschedule my appointment date so they can get the information they need to help me and get this fill an application to see if im qualified for free legal help got to love free help lol check out the southeast Louisiana legal e\services in the other city's they range from 3 to 4 stars they must be helping people stay far away from houma

Huge waste of breathe. If their not cutting you off when you're trying to explain your situation, they're obviously not listening enough to provide any kind of help.

Yes Waste of Time! Uncaring and don't even know why they there. They basically cannot help with anything people need their services for. I think its people getting paid by the state or donations for nothing but being rude and unhelpfull to people on the phone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are extremely rude and they act like you bothering them. If they don't want to work, why don't y'all just close the business. They do not want to help me THAT IS FOR SURE. I would give negative stars if I could! This place should be shut down.

This company is very unprofessional. When you call to even ask a question or try to make an appointment to speak with an attorney the receptionist is very rude and will always tell you "NO" to everything you ask. I have called about 5 times to try to make an appointment with an attorney there and every single time I call the receptionist says that they do not make appointments for people with my questions or my issues. It's strange because every time I have tried to get an appointment it has been for very different legal issues. The woman is just genuinely mean and rude and takes pleasure in refusing services to people. She speaks to you in a manner of telling you off and telling you where to go, you know like "go to hell, we won't help you!" This company severely needs to get a new receptionist!
