Never can get anyone on the phone. Did an application a week ago and still no call back. Finally called today and they rude worker hung up in my face. Only to call back and they say they can’t help me with my case. Horrible customer service,

Don't go unless you have an appointment. The number they give you? You must have a lot of patience. I waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours. They have mounds of information and are good at what they do. Do not expect any type of quick service.
