In 2014 the apartment complex I was in filed an eviction on me, I paid this attorney office within a week of the filling. Now here it is 2019 I now have two kids and we were looking to move into some new apartment homes. Well that didn’t happen because because Mr. John Lee never filed a motion to dismiss the case because it was satisfied and paid in full. So now it’s on my rental history and now me and my kids have no where to go. I’ve called the office several times trying to speak with him but no one seems to know when he’s coming back and the secretary said she couldn’t handle filling the motion for me. Not only was I furious because of my living situation but they had the nerve to have an attitude but I addressed my concerns. I have been calling them for a week straight so they can do there job. This was suppose to been done five years ago.

Dishonest!! This attorney advised me it was not necessary to show up for court because we could settle it outside of court. Then he went to court and asked judge to enter a default judgement against me for not showing up!
