Problem I have is the fact you had my case in your office from November 2017 till March 2018. couldn't do anything and let me hang that long just so Mac Mcclurkin could ask why I was trying to meet with him didn't have a clue as to what was going on then blew me off by standing up from his desk walking off in my face and said we are done here ! Like I didn't mean anything to him or was any different then the dirt under his shoes.

I have to say that I am extremely impressed with this law firm! If you are anything like me, you may think that, in the legal world, you are nothing unless you are a client bringing in money to them. Well that is completely untrue with this law firm! I called them for advice on what step I should take next after an accident with minor injuries. The receptionist who answered the phone helped me as much as she could with my general questions and then passed my information on to a member of their legal team. From there, Billy Elliott called and was one hundred percent HONEST with me and didn't try to take advantage of my legal ignorance. He took the time to give me some extrmely valuable advice over the phone without ever being retained by me! He gave me detailed explanations and responses to my questions and really helped me to figure out what I should expect from the insurance company! I am positive that this will be my go-to legal firm for all future incidents and the one I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an attorney. If you are on the fence about who to use, because there are so many out there, LOOK NO FURTHER! Andy Citrin's office and staff are amazing!

My first experience was really terrible. I hired them on and my assigned lawyer ask very inappropriate questions about what I was doing when I was a victim of someone driving under the influence. I was under so much stress I kept them on and gave them chance after chance. The assigned lawyer could not even remember my information. After the third and final complaint Andy stepped in and took over. He did a great job getting a good settlement in a short period of time and it was well overdue since the case was pretty clear. I was tired and weighed down from dealing with everything overall but in the end it was worth the wait. Thanks Andy!

Hired them back in August when I had my accident and now 2 months later I don't know what's going on with my case I call and they won't return my calls I'm just getting the run around like the insurance. In the beginning they made it seem like this was going be stress free when I told them I just want to get my car fixed and now I'm stressing more then ever
