Called for a consultation and James called me back in a very timely fashion. I was pleased with the caring and attentive person I heard on the other end of the phone, however, that was NOT who I dealt with during my case. James Ransom was very uncommunicative and honestly condescending during what encounters I had with him. That being said the other ladies in his office were pleasant when I spoke to them after he ignored my phone calls and emails. Anna Sparks stood in for him on my last court date because “he was out of town.” However I was grateful for someone who finally treated me like a person and could see my lack of understanding. She was kind enough to communicate to me what exactly was happening.

Jim Ransom and Paralegal, Rhonda White, provided excellent service in a timely manner. They were professional, honest (which is sometimes difficult to hear), and compassionate. Jim has represented my family members in DUI, Traffic, and Domestic Relations cases this year. We received timely notices for each court date. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails. Jim let us know what to expect at hearings so we were mentally prepared. I have recommended friends to Jim and will use him in the future if a need arises.

Didn’t show up and had to be fired by the judge! I’ve currently filed a complaint with the bar association to get the money we paid here m back. Our case was to start at 8:30 and it was after 12 before he called to say he was on his way. He is an insult to the criminal justice system and no one should ever hire him.

Very honest hard-working individual and so is Candice both are great attorneys ranging from divorce to criminal if I ever had any issues in the future definitely definitely would definitely recommend these guys the courts know them the judges know them and they walk in they mean business

If I could give zero stars I would. Jim ransom is a horrible lawyer. Lies about filing paperwork to get somebody served. My fiancé went a whole year without seeing his son because of Jim. It seemed like he was more on the Mothers team. I don't want anybody else to go through what we did

WORTH EVERY CENT! James is my attorney on a family case, other family members have used him as well for other cases that were not family law, but I (we) have nothing to say but good things, the staff is friendly and WILL return your call within the same day, Rhonda, his assistant is fantastic! The cost is comparable or better than most attorneys and he will work with you, and he gives it to you straight, without dragging things out or blowing smoke, absolutely concerned about his clients needs/best interest FIRST, he accomplished for me in one day what 2 other attorneys could not do in 2 years, will continue to use him from this point forward.
