Don’t EVER! Let these ppl represent you! Darren Sarphie was my attorney & he never returned any phone calls or emails! I went to the office several times he didn’t even have the common courtesy to even come out to meet face to face so yes I’ve NEVER seen his face! These ppl are very unprofessional I really believe those other reviewers are fake Bc they were nothing like the reviews said! Stay Away!

I was involved in an injury at work 2 years ago. I broke my arm and fractured my foot. I know I needed help financially and since this happened at work, they are liable for what happened to me. My boss is so manipulative that for a while I really did think that I wasn’t as injured as I am. I’d snapped my ankle after a grate came loose, which wasn’t my fault at all, but he had me believing that a) I wasn’t hurt enough to qualify for workers comp and b) I made the grate come loose somehow. My husband was pretty upset with what was happening to me and urged me to contact a lawyer. I’m so happy that I chose Workers’ Compensation. With what I experienced with them, I am convinced that they are the best lawyers in Metairie.

I wasn’t sure if I was lucky or just had a great lawyer when my medical benefits claim was appealed and won. I’m pretty sure it’s both, though. I really did have a great lawyer and I was entirely confident in him the whole time he was dealing with my case. However, I’m also lucky in that it was Workers’ Compensation LLC that I called first when my job decided I didn’t deserve workers’ compensation.

I’m not sure what other people look for when they hire a lawyer, but one of the most important things is that they don’t blow a bunch of smoke up your a**. I didn’t pay as much attention as I probably should have during the consultation and follow up meetings, but my mom was happy after talking to her lawyer here. Objectively, this was the most effective law firm I’ve ever dealt with. Subjectively, I sincerely felt like my case was in good hands and I was fully confident after just our first consultation that they were going to make problems disappear. Lo and behold, they did. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would. But I can’t, so give them a call and when they get your case covered as well, make sure to add those last five stars for me.

I was a little wary to call this firm but for some reason or another I pulled the trigger and did so anyway. I guess my thinking was that they were probably busy or something, which they did seem to have a lot of business going on but I was treated with total respect and they were able to assist me in getting my social security forms filled out properly and submitted on time. They also assisted in tracking my paperwork and informed me of when important milestones were coming up.

Seems like there’s a pretty common theme here with other reviewers, and I don’t think my story is much different. My workplace didn’t want to pay for an injury that happened at work, so I got in touch with Workers’ Compensation, LLC. They (rather quickly) got my job’s tune to change and they helped me get my medical costs covered fully, with a small reward for my suffering.

Though they’re called “Workers’ Compensation, LLC.” they have a Social Security team that was able to get me through the Social Security process with a successful appeal. The managers where I work tried to offer me a settlement when I injured my knee on the job but the amount probably wouldn’t of even covered my medical costs since this is likely going to be an issue I deal with for the rest of my life. Thankfully I didn’t accept the settlement right away and a friend recommended i talk to Mr. Hubachek about what was going on. Best advice I’ve ever taken -- they turned that settlement into a disability/workers’ comp case that resulted in me receiving financial support for a while to come. Thank God for the help they offer.

I got sick of dealing with my claim for injuries I got when a load wasn't balanced properly on my forklift so I contacted these guys and they took care of pretty much everything for me. All I really had to do was answer a few questions, turn in some paperwork, and sign a few documents. I spent way too much time trying to get through the social security system myself. I guess either the Social Security system is designed to impede people at every turn.
