Kristi Cook was our lawyer. Avoid her at all costs!!! Very unprofessional. Refuses to communicate with clients. Strung my wife and I along for months without providing adequate updates. Requested more money to complete the job, then went months without doing any billable work after additional funds were provided. Switched firms out of the blue without explanation. Finally we were able to get an appointment scheduled, however when we called in for that appointment we were told she no longer represented us and no additional information would be provided. Never completed the job.
