I was in a car wreck in May of this year. A friend and I were in town visiting my family. On our way home, a driver ran the light hitting my car. Both my friend and I were sent to the hospital. I called because of a commercial my family had seen recently for Morris Bart. Andrew and his team were absolutely amazing!!!! From the moment we called to the very end, he took care of everything. Being from out of state, this put everything on hold. I didn’t even know where to start or how this was going to turn out. He made this process tolerable and fought for us with the insurance company until we got what was due to us. That event changed our lives entirely but Andrew was more than awesome, helpful, sympathetic and listened to everything that I had to say - emotions and all.

I hired they in 2010 didn't even get what my surgery cost and they got 2,000 less then I got plus money to pay doctor bills that they never paid year's later still had collect calling me. I would NOT hire them.

My experience with this law firm, through Chris Fitzgerald, was excellent. This being my first time to hire a lawyer I was very unsure of what to do. Chris took on my case, and I did not have to do anything, he did it all.
He was a exceptional gentleman who kept his promises. If he said he would call on a certain date with more information, I would always receive that call. He answered my questions and always asked if I understood, and if not, he patiently explained again. In the beginning, I was offered about a 2,000.00 settlement from the insurance agency who accepted 100% liability for the accident for my pain and suffering, lost wages and at the end of my settlement Chris was able to recover quite a bit more than the 2,000.00.
I would certainly recommend Morris Bart for a personal injury law suit, and request Chris Fitzgerald for an exceptional, caring, and a man of high integrity to fight for what is rightfully yours.

And now after my lawyer LINDSEY TOPP with this firm told me they had to send my case to another firm who had already accepted it which they had not and denied it, this firm accidentally called me today and said wrong number and hung up and no one in their office can tell me who or why they called and why someone is even looking at my file anymore after I was just told when I called back that my case has been closed..... Then when asked to be put through to a supervisor or someone in charge I get sent to referrals.......Piss poor customer service//// They also like to reply back on here like they are trying to fix things and you can not reply to them back on here. and when you call their office have no customer service manager......

This law firm is a joke. They drew my case out for a year and a half, and when the insurance company would not settle they tried to pass off my case to a different law firm. My lawyer didn't even realize she had my wrong medical records until a year into my case. My lawyer Lindsey Topp told me that Morris Bart had too many cases in litigation at the moment and they were being picky about what cases they were going to bring to court. She told me she spoke to the new law firm and not only did Ms.Topp think I had a good case but the new firm said they thought I did to and had accepted it already. Turns out they did not and denied my case. I left a message for Ms.Topp to call me back about what I should do now and apparently when Morris Bart is done with you, they are done because it has been a week with still no call back.

Morris Barts office has left me high and dry with loads of medical bills now, without even trying. Thank you so much!
