Morris Bart is a major TV lawyer that rips you off significantly when you get your settlement check. They gave me a Morris Bart T-Shirt and bottle of hot sauce to go along with my pitiful check. Like it was some kind of joke. On top of that I was never fully paid from the insurance company for things that were just owed to me. The attorney I had representing me from this firm did NOTHING to help with that. I repeatedly called and none of my calls were returned. After she got her money from this case, she could care less about me.

I do NOT recommend this law firm at all. If your injured I highly suggest looking elsewhere for representation.

Even after you get a settlement amount they wont let you borrow out of your lawsuit. They lie about timing of things. I STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND THEIR SITUATIONS INSTEAD OF ONLY THEM GETTING PAID
