After being on hold for 15 min just for the lady to come back on and say "oh i didn't know you were still holding" Not very helpful. Asked for references if they could not help me and he laughed at what i was asking. Spoke to me like i should know the law and how to fix my speeding ticket from 13 years ago!

I live out of state, Badcock will not appear so I can pay a ticket for less than $1,000. These guys only deal in highway robbery.
