Their communication is horrible. I called and spoke with Tiffany about my situation when it was brand new. I was told I would be hearing back a few days after. It's been weeks, and the situation escalated quickly, but I have still not heard back from them. If you need immediate legal help, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I absolutely recommend Ascend!! All the staff I had contact with was excellent. They were never too busy to answer any questions I had, always professional and polite.
