It would of been NO stars, since they seem to know nothing of the questions their clients are asking them. And when their clients ask "too many questions" they say they're going to start charging for calls! Like NO SIR YOURE SUPPOSED TO HELP US! HOW DARE YOU!! I truly believe that most of the previous reviews are false. I based my hire off these reviews and WHAT A MISTAKE! I hired Mr Pena for a divorce case, which he originally told me would take 3-6 months to complete, a year later I am still not divorced and needed to hire and pay another attorney. When I was going to hire Mr Pena I not once had a problem setting our first appointment and speaking to him, however as the case got long and longer all they had were excuses to not meet with him. I NOT MET WITH HIM ONCE AFTER! The paralegal Celia, would answer my phone calls and text messages in a very rude manner after a point in time, without her taking into consideration it had already been a year and I was unable to get divorced. ONE YEAR! If I did not contact them, they would not reach out to me. I had to hire another attorney and make double of an expense and guess what? NEVER DID I HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! All I can say in true honesty is make you research thoroughly I think this is were I failed and made a mistake. Make sure you invest your money properly.

I had a resisting arrest charge and hired this attorney to defend me, I knew it wasn't going to be an easy task since I had a previous misdemeanor charge 10 years ago. I had very little hope coming into court but in the end everything worked out in my favor thanks to him. I ended up getting a deferred adjudication with 6 months probation. We had even hired him to represent my partner, she ended up qualifying for a pretrial diversion but ended up getting into some issues and had to return to court with a possibility of getting kicked out of the program. To my surprise he was there at the court representing her yet again, keep in mind there was no communication made to him about the second visit in court. This goes to show that he really does go above and beyond for his clients, thanks again.
