Ok first of all this is truth mr Micheal and mr Greg do there best if u call them yes sometimes they dont answer but leave a voice mail I guarantee you they will call back within 15 mins I have felony two accounts and they helped me and I had no bond 0 set amount and as we speak I am at the processing center Didnt even step foot in jail or holding or nothing they acyully to make u feel like your family love you guys plus I am using my wife's phone

The guy who answers the phone, MICHAEL, is VERY rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! He states he answers the phone 24/7 yet I've been calling since last night without answer. I asked if he was the only person who works there, he said NO! Then I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to because he is obviously sleep-deprived. He said NO! I'm like well who do I speak with if I don't want to speak with you, he said YOU DON'T! To be ranked #1 in Houston, they need to re-evaluate who they let answer their business phone. *TWO THUMBS DOWN*
