Mere words can not express the respect and admiration my family has for Attorney Seth Johnson. My husband was facing felony charges against him that possibly carried a life sentence. His court appointed attorney out of Longview informed him that the case could not be won due to the nature of the charges after stringing us along for over 2 years. He wanted him to take a plea deal of a 15 year prison sentence after all, it's better than life said this court appointed lawyer. My husband refused to confess to a horrendous act he did not commit.

I found Mr. Johnsons law firm when I was desperately looking for a criminal defense attorney after the court appointed suggested the plea deal. Seth Johnson and his staff are exceptional. They care about their clients and fight for you to make sure your case is resolved in the best way possible. My first meeting with Seth left me with a feeling that I had someone on my side who wanted to make sure justice was served to my benefit. He handled 6 cases for me. Five were felonies. I was positive I would be going to prison. After my cases was over I ended up having probation and my cases adjudicated after completion of my probation.
