If I could leave 0 stars I would. I contacted this number due to a legal matter at hand. However, Carla picked up and literally rushed me off the phone. I hadn't even asked my question entirely before she interrupted me. At the end I said thank you even though I was left with more questions than answers...but I knew I wouldn't get the help I needed from her. Carla has very bad customer service and didn't say you're welcome or thank you ma'am for contacting us, have a great day. Instead Carla hung up the phone abruptly. I wouldn't place my pertinent legal questions in Carla's hands. Very insufficient and very unprofessional.
