I work for a CPA company, we have been getting a steady stream of new clients lately who were once clients with Global Tax Services, I don't know anything outside of what our new clients are telling us which is they were robbed of thousands of dollars and nothing was ever done. IRS does not have returns filed either that clients swear they signed and was supposedly sent to the IRS by Global Tax Company. Take that with a grain of salt if you will. We paid almost $3000.00 and they did not do anything but added more to irs debt by not filing my 2016 taxes. Went by yesterday to Hollister location and was told by next door office that those people disappeared but several files are still in that office. Is not only about money now is a big concern on identity theft. Since those files are there. I called attorney general's office after calling BBB. BBB said their is 8 complaints against them and they have not answer to them.
