Do NOT recommend! She handled my divorce and was incredibly rude and just all-around horrible to deal with.

She didn’t honor the discount she contracted with my employer’s EAP. She was unresponsive to emails. Her assistant drew up the papers and made several errors, including miscalculating child support by several hundred dollars.

In addition, I was given papers to sign without any explanation and when I asked, I was told that they were drawn up to protect my ex’s best interests.

Diane has been our Family Attorney for years and she feels like family! She is very fair, reasonably priced and super efficient! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my legal needs!

Mrs. Clark represented me in my divorce and did an excellent job. My ex-wife actually appealed the divorce and Mrs. Clark filed a brief with the Court of Appeals and she won. I highly recommend her.

I had occasion to seek legal advice on an issue for which I preferred a female point of view. I contacted Ms. Clark. She was insightful, empathetic and quite knowledgeable. As it turned out, she was also correct about my issue.

I was laughed at with my request for information, by her staff member. When I asked what was funny I was told "it wasn't funny at all and a very serious matter" SO UNPROFESSIONAL! and I was trying to give the 1 star rating a benefit of the doubt, that was my mistake.

My husband & I are ecstatic to have him adopt my 2 boys. At first we were going to try to handle all the paperwork ourselves, but I have a legal plan through my work that I pay for monthly, so we decided to let a professional handle it...save us the headache. Ms. Clark initially called me directly to express she was super excited & more willing to handle "a happy case." Well, that was short-lived. As soon as she found out the child support order was through Harris county, she seemed deterred saying those courts are just a pain to work with. Week after week her assistant would call or she would send me an email requesting I call the courts/attorney general's office to get paperwork from 10 years ago, & when I provided paperwork, it would be another week or 2 later she would say what I provided wasn't correct & that I need to contact them again. When I asked, multiple times, if she could call & get all the correct info she needed, her assistant would tell me, "Well, usually when it's through a legal plan service the client provides all the paperwork." Long story short, it's been over 8 weeks, & we are Still at square one. Very unprofessional, lazy, verbally short & rude when I asked for clarity on legal jargon she would use. If I could grade half a star, I would.
