I was in an appeal all alone without an attorney or representation and at the last minute I called around and found her office and told them about my Ssi case. They immediately started helping me and getting all the paperwork needed to prepare for my appeal hearing (less than 2 months to prepare).Her team worked on my case and I didn't have to worry if they were doing their job or not. If you need help fighting for you're case, these are the people to call. Helped me every step of the way through it. Understanding to any mental set back on which you may fall short at times. Great experience. Case is won. I'm truly greatful. If I could give 6 stars I would.

After being turned down 3 times and having no hope I called her office.
No promises made but the work hard and were so patient with me and all my questions.
I can honestly I am thankful to her and her staff that were on me to get paperwork needed and to keep going when I wanted to give up!

Apparently, this is a law firm that wants its clients to do all the leg work first, in order to determine if they get involved. I'm sorry, but if you are going to be paid $6000.00, I expect you to work and fight for your client whether it's a slam dunk or not.

Worst attorneys office i have ever dealt with. We wanted our hands held a bit more than usual since this was our first time using an attorney for SSDI. This office was completely unprofessional and rude. And when Kristi herself decided to call after a very thorough and well written email explaining that we wanted to have our hands held a bit more through this process and given information and updates.
She called me on the phone to tell me that the email was very confusing to her and she wanted more info, throughout the conversation i had began to get frustrated because i had 3 screaming kids in the back and i did not have time to be on the phone discussing something that should have never been an issue in the first place, over the phone. She then told me i was being accusatory and hung up on me.
Worst customer service in the world, they do not act like they care to help, they treat you just like the VA, a number and a paycheck. Dont waste your time.
