Geoffrey is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him. He fought for me and my girls during my divorce. He made a nasty situation a much easier process. He truly cares about his clients. He is very reasonable and worth every penny.

This attorney and his staff are very unprofessional. They never return your calls and not to mention screwed up my whole case. He was careless with my case. I advise you to never seek his advice. I have proof that he screwed me over. My son is now needing surgery because of his father which I was trying to protect my son from. I came to him in hopes that he could help but ended up lying to me and always giving me the run around and the day of my court he was asking me questions through text message about my case as if he wasn’t aware of anything. At that point I wanted to cry because I knew he was all bs. I hope that this attorney sleeps well at night knowing what kind of pain you have caused to my son. My fight for my children began in 2006. I met Geoffrey by complete chance when my THIRD attorney tried pawning off a botched case on him. Over the phone, I completely broke down. I was crying, yelling, hurt, and completely heart broken. Mr Guill was going through what my previous attorney filed and we found so many flaws in the filing, it was not even close to what I had hired the previous lawyer for.
My children were ripped from me and sent to live with their abusive father and I have spent many years, thousands of dollars, and endless attempts to get into court to bring them home. My husband and I were even treated to lunch while we reviewed the case. At 1:30 in the afternoon, our case was presented. In a matter of 20 minutes, Geoffrey Guill did what is nearly impossible. I was granted primary custody of my 2 children, their father, who was once the primary custodial parent was reduced to supervised visitation. It is next to impossible to change conservators in a custody case without a substantial and compelling argument, one which Mr. Guill delivered eloquently and flawlessly. He is poised, confident, professional, and has extensive legal knowledge of family law. To top it off, Geoffrey was genuinely invested in my case. After three attorneys failing my children, Mr Guill was able to restore my faith in the justice system. He showed genuine compassion and care for my children, my case, and me. There is nothing in this world I could do for this man that will be enough of a thank you for what he has done for my family. My babies finally came home and our healing process in well on its way. BEWARE! He charged me more money later to go to trial , but we just settled out of court. He told me he would collect my settlement in 6 to 8 weeks. This has been over 2 yrs.! I have e-mailed him , call his office , his cell phone ,no one answered , all you get is his voice mail...... No one never calls back! 3 times I did talked to his secretary and she promised that she would call me back but she never has as of today! The last time I actually caught him at his office , he ask me not to give-up on him and he would take care of his matter the following week. This has been 3 months ago and have not heard from him since.
