My first DWI was (35) years ago but it still reflects on the record, therefore this is considered my second offence which is a felony which could have jail time. Dane and Alan had the first DWI thrown out of court making this a misdemeanor offence. I had to pay a small fine, no probation or community service.

No words to describe the feeling of being charged with a 2nd dwi and all the problems that come with it. After much research and knowing that this would be a difficult case, I decided to call Johnson, Johnson & Baer. After speaking with Alan and explaining my case, there was no sugar coated promises and a he was very honest about where I stood with a second offense, However his experience and team of experts gave me some kind of confidence. He handled my case with very little follow up on my behalf and only time that I did speak to him after our initial meeting, was to inform me that my case had been DISMISSED. I was very impressed with Johnson, Johnson and Baer. They are extremely knowledgeable and work hard to understand the details of your case, your personal situation, and will protect your rights.

I was charged with two DWI’s back to back within 6 months (2nd & 3rd DWI). I was facing Jail time and a potential increase of charges to a Felony DWI. They were able to have one DWI case dismissed and the other reduced to a Class B misdemeanor. I had other charges they were also dismissed. I received time served as my sentenced. I simply left the courtroom and I was finished. No probation, or community service, etc.

I sincerely thank the entire team ( Brandy, Dane, Alan, Carson, and Steven ) . They all were very helpful and I could always get in touch with them to have my questions answered.

What can you possibly say about someone that gets your entire life back? we let our Previous attorney go because we didn't have confidence in him. We spent days searching for the best and we found Dane the moment we left his office we knew he would be the one working our case. When you choose this lawyer you are not gambling with your future. It's not often you can walk into a courtroom and feel completely confident that your attorney is going to actually fight for you in all their entirety. We are forever grateful for his hard work and dedication as well as his associates that helped on the case. He did his homework on the case, always returned calls and always made us feel like we were his top priority. I wish their was more we could do to thank them.
