From start to finish (arrest to dismissal) Rick and his team were up front and brutally honest (in a great way) with my son and I. My son felt wrongly arrested from the get go and Rick never made him feel otherwise. Once discovery was in possession of the team, suppression occurred and 2 weeks later the case was dismissed. Rick and his team went to the site and reenacted the reason why he was pulled over and proved that it was not a legit reason to be pulled over. Rick Davis is The BEST lawyer in town!! Very humble and not judgemental AT ALL! Helped me fight for my kids back and fight 2 felony charges and a misdemeanor, I now have my kids back full time and am on deferred adjudication for one felony and the other is dropped as well as the misdemeanor. Wasted my time. Wanted me to fill out a 10-page application before he would even see me for an initial consultation. I've been to several attorneys before and not a single one asked for any information, let alone a questionnaire that would take 2 hours to fill out. Plenty of other good attorneys in this town.

Rick went out of his way to help us out. Our daughter got an MIP in Galveston County and of course we turned to Rick to help us out. He took care of her, and one of her friends and is working on the expunction of their records. He was concerned about our daughter and made sure she did all she needed to do to meet the courts requirements.
