Great Attorney Mr. Martinez! He helped me out so much with my first DWI. First of all he had a great payment plan and his total fee wasn’t bad at all. Second I didn’t have to spend so much time in court, and third he made sure I didn’t get a breathalyzer device on me during my probation time.

My husband got him as his court appointed lawyer and from our experience he is great in the courtroom but seems to only work on the clients behalf if he is getting paid by the client themself. He has been rude amd disrespectful to not only my husband but myself as well. Today is the 2nd out of 5th courtdate in which he has not showed for my husbands docket.

Horrible service called about getting a lawyer & the woman came back to the phone saying it’ll be 1,000 out of 4,000 to start, I said ok that’s fine! She then got back on the phone saying it’ll be 4,000 upfront...I’m assuming she thought that the 1,000 might of been too much for me, I’ll never refer this place to anyone!

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SELECTING THIS PRACTICE......My experience using this law practice was one of the worst choices I've ever made besides the DWI I nearly received. I ended up having to release his practice from my case and hire another one in place of Herman Martinez after I found out he was mishandling my case. He caused my drivers license to become suspended because he did not appeal and submit my paperwork as he had promise in our initial call. I had to call him numerous time in order to get updates on my case. I would not find out the conditions of my probation from him until the day before the deadline, but not until I had to contact him several times to reach him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be sure to carefully research your attorney and your case before allowing this practice to handle it. It could cost someone their career and/or their reputation.

He tried to convince to plead guilty for an assault case back in 2001. I hired Gerald Fry who got the case dismissed instead. He also told me he is friends with my judge's husband when it came to my current case involving a DWI and there was nothing he could do for me. Usless chump!
