If I was writing a review on how nice Dan is, he would have five stars. But, I needed someone on my side getting things accomplished. I met with him several times. He was always available to meet, email, or call.

But, when we went 10 months without so much as an initial court date, not a lick of spousal support, nothing agreed upon (not child support, spousal support, or custody), having income imputed on me by my own attorney (because I'm tirelessly working to finish my masters, and my 3 and 4 year-old children, one with special needs, aren't physically at home with me all day every day), I finally had to accept I did not have a good attorney for my case.

That was really hard to accept, because he was so nice and gave me a reduced rate. However, what does a reduced rate matter if nothing gets done? Money I desperately needed to make ends meet and pay for my son's therapy... down the drain for this broke, single mom trying to finish her masters and take care of two very young children.

I've met with, and retained several lawyers in NELA over the years. All of the interactions I've had, I've never once felt compassion, comfort....I always felt so small and dehumanized. Until today. I don't have a vehicle and was recently hurt in an accident. I called just to inquire, and find out more about their firm. Wade and Mr. Campbell PERSONALLY drove to my home. I was blown away by the comfort and compassion I felt. When they left, I knew they were going to have my best interest in mind. Thank you so much.

During the past year, we have come to know and respect Daniel Cummins. Serving as lawyer for my daughter during a very emotional time, he has been a rock.He has provided a comfort zone for all of us. He has given excellent legal advice which has allowed my daughter to have a peace which was definitely needed. He explained everything to me multiple times to ensure that I understood what was happening as well as what was coming soon in the process. He knows what he is doing, and I trusted him fully. When I needed him to advocate for my children and me, he was there.

I am so thankful for his guidance through this nightmare in my life. There are no words that would truly show how lucky I feel to have had Dan as my attorney.

I cannot stress enough the importance of a good attorney. I had the misfortune of hiring an attorney who absolutely drained me financially and treated me as an afterthought.
