Mr Hyatt bailed on me not once but twice causing many issues to my family. He NEVER showed up to a final court date. He promised to make it up to me and then once again NEVER showed up to a final court date for child custody. Don't use him unless you want to pay money for an attorney to bail on you and make excuses.

Don't don't waste money on attorney Jonathan Hyatt he is a piece of trash he goes for the state hasn't done anything for my case I've done everything the worst attorney ever and if you get him assigned as your public defender request a different one

Don't go here,they advertise that their a 5 star lawyer. But I could never get ahold of him after a year I was no further then the first day I walked into his office on my divorce. I received more information from my husband's lawyer then from my own. He tell me he was going one thing ,but I'd find out he did nothing. I went to his office and fired him. Instead of being fired, he took me to court and told the judge he wanted to quit as my attorney after I already fired him. He told me that was the only way he would give me some of my money back, that I had to wait until after the court hearing, I said I already fired you, why do I have to wait til after your court hearing to get my money back,he told me that's how these things are done. Made me wait over a month to get my money back from him to hire another lawyer. Found out that wasn't the truth that since I had fired him ,all I should have had to do was go to his office and sign a paper and he should have given me my money. He was just doing it the way he wanted so it looked like he quit and not that he was fired for doing absolutely nothing for over a year on my divorce and custody suit for my son.
One more thing is he advertises that your getting two laywers for the price of one, one who was a district judge for several years and one who was a district attorney for several years. I was never introduced to any attorney,other then him and no other lawyer was ever mentioned to me either.

After working with two really bad lawyers on my divorce Mr. Hyatt got my divorce done quickly and was able to get me what I wanted on my sons custody.

Just did a consultation with them and thought just from the conversation that he is on his A game and he is willing to do what the client ask until the lawyer I just fired who yelled at me. This guy even apologized on behalf of all lawyers cuz my last one was hateful. I feel like Hyatt and Hyatt are God fearing men and that's the kind of lawyer I want
