They ACT like they care but can be rude as they come. I just spoke with Ms.Hatcher who seemed a bit pushy but still informative of my concerns I guess. She didn’t make me feel like she was trying to help ME. I felt interrogated with questions before I could even fully explain much of my situation to make it make sense. She told me to keep calling around as she wasn’t able to assist which was totally respected. She even wished me luck but THEN right as I was disconnecting the call I was able to hear her voicing how irritated she was about my situation to whoever was in office with her. She was not happy about my call and mentioned the info I disclosed with her about Spielsburger law or whatever. I guess I wasted her time for consultation even though I mentioned I was seeking direction of where I should be or need to do.
The fact that they’re a 2 star company - I kind of see why.
Save your time and work with someone who’s GENUINE. I know most are only in for the money but they’re not nasty with their ways. . Not TOO disappointed the reviews speaks for themselves

I normally don’t take the time out to do reviews, but Mr. Thorpe really made me feel that it was important to highlight his lack of care. I reached out to him regarding an employment matter and he was extremely condescending, uninterested, interrupted me frequently, half listened and was completely unsympathetic. Even if you weren’t able to help on a case, don’t you think you should act as if you want someone’s money/business regardless of if you think you don’t have enough information for a suit? I’m sure your office offers other services. I’ll never know now! Because I’ll never give a dime I’ve earned to Steven B. Thorpe!

Initial conversation was, quick and productive, contacted me and was about details. I will add another review upon conclusion of initial consultation. Regardless if we work together its nice to see someone take interest first.
