They “strongly suggested” me into surgery so they could get more money. The law firm and doctors received more money then me and Im the one with scars on body for the rest of my life. The firm received their money off the top (which they lied about and didn’t disclose) so what incentive do they have to actually fight when their cut will be the same regardless. I was mislead the entire process. Huge mistake by hiring them. Be smart. I strongly suggest any other firm. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!

Unless you have severe injuries and they think they have easy settlement with insurance company, don't waste your time. They will take up to an hour of YOUR time getting information you already gave them online then tell you they won't handle your case. They only seem to be interested in easy cases & settlements like most ambulance chasers, not in justice being done like truly respectful defenders of the law.

I’m speaking on the behalf of my mother she was involved in an car accident and you all took the case with no problem! We understood that you have to go through the necessary steps! I’m on a fixed income to where it’s making me to choose what’s more important now like paying rent keeping utilities on. Meanwhile you all been dragging on for months with limited income and resources that was hard to get we have gotten stuck with these bills all because your team don’t communicate nor try help with offers to help keep us going! She has being calling you guys up every other day or each week and the only response she has been receiving was the voicemail or I’m sorry I understand what you going blah blah blah, you don’t understand nothing if you haven’t gone through what we are dealing with basically she has taken a lost fooling with your company thanks once again. Y’all radio commercials are pathetic and worthless you all are definitely worthlessness of your words! How did you all even become attorney or even get put into a position we understand that you all have other clients that y’all have to work with as well! I had a woman T boned me because she ran a stop sign and for 3 weeks the insurance company wouldnt answer or call me back so I called law boss and even tho they couldnt help me since it's a minor accident they gave me so much information to help me get my issue resolved.. they were so kind and patient and listened to all my concerns even tho they knew they couldnt take my case.. thank u law boss u guys really are the best!!!

The overall experience was great with this firm until I signed.
Accident happened on a Saturday, they sent a gentlemen to my home on Sunday to speak with me. It took 2 days for me to make a decision. Ended up signing and got assigned to my case manager.
Two weeks passed by and I didn't hear anything, I decide to call to know the status of my case; come to find out, nothing has been done! Apparently my report # was wrong and it took me contacting him, for him to finally call and get the correct one??? He stated that "Luckily" they answered. Several other concerns were brought up and he continued to beat around the bush, with answers circling back to my questions of "and why hasn't that been done?"

Just called again to confirm who I need to send this letter of termination to. I was able to get in touch with Maldonado's supervisor. She informed me that it is not my case managers job to obtain the police report but their "admins team". So if the report wasn't ordered, it is because the admin team didn't notice/dropped the ball (whatever you want to call it). I asked her who I needed to direct my termination letter to and she said "no one, just fax it in". I figured a Law Office so large would like to know as to why their client is dropping them, and that brings me back to the lovely receptionist who informed me that the only person I needed to send my termination letter to was my case manager. Again, wrong. But the supervisor was able to assist me with letting me know that I would need a Law firm that employs private investigators in order to find anyone that commits a hit and run.

I'm sure this law firm is great but my experience with them, was definitely not.

I felt like I was in good hands with this firm. Ms. Langston was not only on top of my case but took a personal interest in making sure my family and I were ok
