Mr Watts is a law firm that takes advantage of the elderly. He believes that a dismissed case is a win. It is not a win nor a loss. It is dismissed. A stay is a win. He also believes that when a landlord terminates a lease agreement it is being a bully. It is a good thing and a gift especially if your intent is to move prior to the end of your lease. Thank you Mr Watts for your letter however it just shows how much of a crook you are and how you are taking advantage of the elderly. You accepted that money from the elderly and gave them bad advice. Good Job I think your a bully sir and should be disbarred.
