This was my first time ever having to contact a lawyer and they have done a wonderful job explaining everything to me. From the first phone call to months following, I was updated about everything going on. If my lawyer couldn't immediately respond, the staff could answer and handle all of my questions/needs. Hopefully I'll never be in a situation where I need a lawyer again but if so no doubt I'll be using them. I would recommend firm to anyone.

I thought there was no way I'd have another chance when I received my DUI 2ND, then I was introduced to Mr. Phipps. He is excellent, confident and gets things done they way they should be! My work life wasn't interupted, I received a temporary license in less than a week and they handled everything for me.
