We first met Brad in 2015 and looking back at the first meeting, he knew right away the strategy for our case. He didn't make any promises, he simply did his job the best he could, and delivered the results. After receiving the notice of intent to deny followed by the actual denial of our adjustment of status application, our hopes were below zero to say the least. And thanks to Brad, we are where we are now - my wife has finally gotten her Permanent Resident card.
Do not look any further. Brad is the best!
He helped me a lot and understood my concerns and finally my case was approved with a happy outcome .
Mr.Banias and his paralegal Caroline Cook were always in contact with me and updated me about my case. They were always available with any question I had trough the process.
I highly recommend his firm to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer.

We were both completely satisfied with our service, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you!
Won my habeas corpus and got me out when it didn't seem anything could be done.

He simplified the complex and time consuming process of filing and co-ordinating the documentation and communication sequence required in todays heightened security and screening process.
He responded quickly and efficiently to the immigration department requests for clarification or additional information which occurred throughout the application.
His experience, knowledge and enthusiasm resulted in a timely, stress free successful application leading to my permanent immigration into the US early in 2017.
I would highly recommend Bradley to represent anyone requiring legal support for immigration issues.
