Lost critical paperwork days before the closing of my home. When I called numerous times I was transferred to several people who did not answer the phone. The receptionist,named Saudia, must have gotten tired of me calling and Altogether stopped answering my phone calls. Soon as I called from a different phone she answered and was rude to my wife when she asked for her name. Between misplacing critical paperwork and the treatment of their customers, if I could give a lower rating I would. Steer clear.

This is a law firm that does real estate transactions/closings. I dealt with their Rivers Ave. location and was very unhappy with the entire process. After I left the office I received a phone call saying they had forgotten a document and I had to go back to their office to let them correct it. I had come in from out of town for the closing and I had to fight rush hours traffic to get back so it was a real inconvenience. A couple weeks after that I got a letter from the county assessor's office saying there had been an error on the deed and that needed correction. I've bought and sold many homes in my life and have never experienced anything like this...

They'll do job well , just don't expect them to remember you or treat you special , your not they are way to busy but good job

After several calls, and bouncing emails I got the HUD statement from them for a closing we did in November 2015.

One lady who answered the phone when I called says that she can't help because she is "downstairs in a totally separate office." I told her that I am in Idaho, a totally separate state. She hung up on me.

I guess I am supposed to know how their phone system forwards and I should have known before I dialed the number.

My wife and I closed with Mark Weeks. He was so fun to work with and made a otherwise very over-our-heads experience feel very safe and comfortable. This guy struck the perfect balance of hilarious and professional. His staff was great to work with as well. Can't recommend them enough!
