Glad that I didn't really have an issue that he could have helped with. He's very unprofessional and lacks a concerning tone. I heard him speak with a client on the phone and even then his tone was hurry up and lets get this over with. Regardless of what, I thought the lawyer worked for you. But it's clear to see why the lot is always empty and so is the office. I will NEVER refer anyone here as I was. And when asked could he refer to me someone that could help me, he really was of no assistance due to him trying to just rush/brush me off and away.

Having personal experience with this firm, I do not recommend its services.
In my civil case, I felt misrepresented in court and later, upon discussing the issue with my attorney, he said he'd refrained from presenting evidence pertinent to the case because I had (in court) returned an engagement ring, and he felt that was a slap in the face to my ex-fiancé, and did not want to hurt his feelings.
In addition, later in the development of the case, my attorney failed to communicate the fact that he had received a subpoena for me and, as a result, I missed the hearing and suffered a judgment against me presumably due to my absence.
After terminating the council of my attorney, I went to the final hearing with my original documents in hand and was promptly sent out of the courtroom when I attempted to argue my case.
The Judge told me I'd previously had an attorney and could not dispute any judgments that had been made.
I feel that, had my attorney been effectual in his responsibilities, I would have won the case.
Only if you absolutely need paperwork (and only paperwork) shuffled in the system would I imagine suggesting you seek assistance from The Bennett Law Firm.
