Paul is very knowledgeable and he does share his knowledge in an honest way. He does not make false promise he does not take your case. I once consulted him for a case and he told me an easier way I can do it!
He even suggested I take a local Florida lawyer and I don’t need him!
This man has integrity and once again gave me lots of good advice and opened up possibilities.
As far as his office staff, they are professional, and on time. Maria called me 10 minutes before my appointment. Paul started the phone consultation 5 minute early and he already spent time reading docs I emailed. Then he kindly gave me 55 minutes of his time. Great person.

Paul is a fantastic immigration attorney who has been serving his clients for over twenty years. He has a great reputation in the legal community and in court. He takes the time to personally meet with his clients, has a professional office staff, and gets great results for his clients.

Very professional. The office speaks Spanish and English. Came in a for a consult for visa k1 and k2 and he told us what we needed to feel comfortable and alert us of possible thins that might happen. I came in with a pretty good knowledge of the steps, but learn more stuff I did not. Had a face time with my fiancée and he also answered some of her questions. I am satisfied with the help. I wish it could be more affordable.

If you are looking for a competent and professional lawyer in the Augusta, GA area this guy is NOT it. Made an appointment 2.5 weeks prior to appointment time for my wife's immigration process. I arrive 15 min early just to find out they have no idea who I was. As I stood there thinking this was joke their best of three reasons was there must have had a glitch. But they assured me if I was willing to wait several hours they could try to squeeze me in....If an attorneys office can not schedule appointments properly, how would anyone expect them to practice law properly. The good news is, I found out this office is incompetent the easy way.

Paul Balducci has been my attorney from 2007, and he is excellent in every aspect, knows what he is doing, and his assistant, Marci Sweeney, has always been very helpful! I attained my permanent residence(Green card), in November 2011. they have been there for me every step of the way, no matter how difficult my situation was, and stood by me through every thing.
