Awesome Law Firm . Adrian Falgione is very caring and concerned about his clients. They treat you like family and works very hard on your case. Thank you Adrian for your hard work.

Adrian is one of a kind. Most lawyers are stuck up and won’t help you unless you have lots of money. He’s not like that and will do his best to help you out or provide good direction.

Adrain was VERY compassionate, took time with us and made sure we understood everything we would be going though. His staff was so nice and always got back tonus quickly if we had questions. He cares about your case and your well being more than he does a paycheck. Top notch lawyer.

Adrian Falgione is very down to earth and easy to talk to about legal documents. He explained everything very well and has the best interest of each of his clients at heart. I was in and out in two visits and have all originals of each of the documents he drew up for me. I will definitely be going back for any legal questions or documents I may need.

Super nice attorney and awesome staff. He helped me with some legal documents and thought of many things that I would've otherwise left out. He was highly recommended to me and I now see why. The process was so easy. Thank you

Based upon my experience, education, training, knowledge of the standard of care of lawyers, and review of Mr Falgione. His law firm engaged in negligent acts and omissions, in their representation of various plaintiffs. Failed to provide competent representation, failure to provide diligent representation, failure to expedite litigation, failure to meet deadlines causing damages. Failure to abide by a duty to advise plaintiffs truthfully about circumstances of a key evidentiary hearing. Failed to abide by the duty of honesty owed to the plaintiffs. Neglected legal matters provided incompetent representation. Failed to provide accounting of their use of plaintiffs litigation funds as required under the RPC and it is now known that defendants violated the RPC by depositing litigation funds into a non-rust personal bank account. Rakowsky and Falgione admitted acts of malpractice took place, wrongfully misled plaintiffs into believing defendants." –AZ ESQ,
