Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service from all. Mr Ringler made the process very easy. He and his staff were not judgemental and gave advice for rebuilding our credit.

Very good attorney! Helped me save my car!! They got my car back right away and I was very happy with how nice and professional they are. Mr. Ringler is very professional and tells you straight up what you have to do, He is feasible and I was able to communicated them via texts so it made it easier to communicate wit them and it was fast responses

Went on behalf of a family member to make sure things were taken care of properly. Ringler has a lack of... "bedside manner," if you can say that about lawyers. I don't know whether he was irked because I attended the consultation or what, but he was incredibly rude & snide. I'm not sure why, but my family member did end up choosing him & Ringler did do his job. So he's at least got that going for him. Claims to have the lowest fees in Augusta, which is questionable. The woman in the front desk was nice, at least. Otherwise, I don't recommend unless you're in a bind & have nowhere else to go. There are much better lawyers (as far as attitude goes) in this area.
EDIT: This lawyer is so vague & has no regard for his clients. When asked about a potential issue that should have been taken care of at the time of filing, he offered confusing lawyer jargon that needed to be deciphered. Avoid this guy unless you like rude, passive lawyers who only care about the bottom line. Also, the commercials are so annoying, ugh.
