My case started in may 2018. It’s almost December and supposedly everything has been done but yet they keep calling me from collections about my hospital bills. Everytime I call there is no one to answer my questions. I have to call three or four times on different days to get a hold of someone. Bethany is the only one that has actually helped through the portal which is why I gave the 1 star. I was charged extra for them looking up documents which i had faxed over already. But I just wanted to get this over with. My medical bills and settlement was sent 15 days ago no one gave me a tracking number until I called that its been two weeks and I have yet to receive anything. Now there’s a whole other problem with where the check is at because it is no where to be found I have called 3 times already and I have yet to get an answer. Also emailed and no response. So honestly just go somewhere else. This place is no good don’t waste your time.

I initially was very impressed with Bill Green Law Firm. They contacted me regularly and were very informative about the steps I needed to take to be proactive and quickly settle my case. Now over 11 months later, my case is still in limbo and I am unable to get any concrete explanations from anyone at the firm. I have resolved to call the office everyday before making a "surprise" visit one day. I would not recommend Bill Green for any reason and am incredibly disappointed with their service and staff.

Another day, another wave of disappointment! I plan to update this review, daily, to chronicle the frustration I am feeling with the firm's lack of communication, respect and caring.

I am so grateful and humbled after going through this ordeal if it wast't for the Green Law Firm and there exemplary professionalism, kindness and patients i don't know how i would have endured. i highly recommend this law firm to any one who seeks compensation for any issue that this firm specialize in!

Absolutely disappointing. My first encounter with this law firm was outstanding, which is why I went back to them when I got into my car accident. Not sure what happened, but their communication skills have dropped dramatically.

The case worker was Beth. After not hearing anything for months, both me and my fiance started reaching out. We got the same line (when she would answer) "I'll have to check with our medical records department to see if we got everything and I'll call you back." No call back was ever received. It got to the point of me becoming irritated that I would call every week, but still no response. It got to the point where I had threaten to come down their to get the info before she would even try to call. We didn't ask for much, just asked where our claim status was since both, me and the fiance, had completed chiropractic care 9 mos. ago.

I eventually filed a complaint with the attorney. Of course he reassured us that this was a on- time occurrence and thanked me for bringing the issue to his attn. He then switched our case to Ashley. She initially called back at least within the week, but then something changed. After not receiving a response after waiting for 3 mos., I decided to grace them with my presence- fully ready to get my release of representation forms.

I met with Brad. He sat down, said he thought I was there to get a status on my case and that I didn't have to visit their office and that I could've called. I corrected that. I told him that I wasn't their to talk about my case, but moreso about my concerns. He looked shocked- like this was the first time hearing about it. He then started providing excuses about they've been busy and that once a offer is sent to the ins. Ashley was not our direct contact, but instead it was him. WELL- IF SOMEONE WOULD CALL AND TELL ME THIS I WOULDN'T BE HERE WASTING MY TIME!!

I pretty much laid out how I felt and what my perceptions were if his team. I even said that I would most likely not be giving a referral to my friend who was just in a car accident and they would not be getting future business from me (especially after I was also involved in 2 car accidents a week apart from visiting this office- 1 person ran the red light, crossed 3 lanes of traffic and hit me... And the other person backed up into my car). Horrible luck, but still.

Nonetheless, he said he would "guarantee" me that I would be in the loop and that he would personally call me back within 3 days of reaching out. Which is acceptable in my eyes, all we want was communication.

Two weeks ago I left a message for a call back, bc I am now going back to the chiropractor and needed info. Guess what happened... No call back!

Pass those release papers over. My opinion, don't waste your time, go to George Sink or McWhorter Bellinger and Assoc.

Otherwise, accept that your case will linger for years!

This law frim I wouldnt recommend to anyone Bill GREEN is not the busy 5 month and my daughter haven't received her settled noone haven't call and check on her are any thing I have to call and see what going on periodically and we I do talk to the attorney in charge I get the SAME OL LAME story wait on the other ppl to summit my paperwork if I turn in all my daughter ppl work why we got to wait ....BILL GREEN is to me is not the business and wen you get in a car werck don't call BILL GREEN you be waiting for a year and day... Had an injury claim from a traffic accident. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the incident. We got out settlement very fast I was was happy with the results!

We got hit by drunk driver should of been guided to court could of killed my lip girl but we settled for less way less. Some kind people but just too much going on at the firm. Over all they do keep in touch

Slow but did the good job for me

I was hit on my motorcycle from the rear by an unattentive driver ,he got a slap on the wrist. I called Bill Green .He got for me that sense of justice I couldn't find on my own thanks every one at the Green office.

AWESOME group. And despite the stereotype that most attorneys in the injury field fall under, they seem 2 GENUINELY care about the clients well being.

I was rear ended at a stop light and Bill green has had me going to a chiropractor for over a year racking up some serious bills. Today I get a call and they tell me the young kid handling my case has quit and they no longer want to handle the case. Now I have several thousand in medical that I have to pay out of my own pocket.....I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING LEGAL.......:(

Spoke with Parker Green today. He assured me that my case was being handled. We are waiting on a few bills to come in which is not the law firms control of speed. All in all been a good experience. He assured me that everything is going to be handled to the best of their ability.

I was very disappointed with this law firm. I was hit head on and my vehicle which was pretty much brand new and have been making payments for 3 years was totaled. Not only did I not any money for the damages to my vehicle I also did not even get enough to pay all my medical bills. And absolutely nothing for my pain and suffering. After a year of waiting I came out with no money and no car and the crash was not my fault. I wish I could give negative stars and another law firm told me they did not do there job to the fullest. They ended up getting more than I did

Parker Green and his team went above and beyond with my case. He took me on, going up against a large company that had multiple defense firms representing them, and helped me get every penny we set out to get. After having tried to settle out of court with the company and exhausting all other options we went into our jury trial and Parker put everything into perspective and proved the wrongs that were done by the company and the jury found in our favor to right a really terrible wrong doing. Highly recommend working with Parker and everyone at the Green Law Firm, they put in the work and will do what it takes to make sure you’re taken care of!

Keith Robinson was an empathically caring lawyer. He explained everything to us. Never any pressure to go for more than we wanted...The staff friendly and helpful. We have never sued for other accidents but this one required it! I would recommend this firm .

My experience with this law firm was very unique. They did everything possible to get my case resloved In a timely manner. I was kept in contact with everything that was going on with my case till the very end.

we were tboned, they had to cut me out of the truck after flipping 3 times i have pain still and troubles due that wreck the guy admitted he stopped at a stopsign and hit the gas thinking he could beat us but he hit us broad side and the truck flew in the air flipped 3 times. The lawyers at this firm only got us able to break even. we had to buy a truck and pay off the old one. smh should went with the 9 guy

Green Law Firm had me covered from the beginning and I truly appreciate it. I did not know my accident would affect me the way it did. I was able to get medical assistance and not worry about bills adding up, on top of a new car payment. I'm thankful for all the phone calls and hard work they put in for my case.

They are still working on my case, and my daughters cases. But when we got in a wreck they sent someone out to get our information and sign the paper work. Then we were assigned Ashley Peoples to work on our case, I claim her as my daughter now. She's so sweet, kind, hard working, returns calls, and even just calls to check on you even if she has no new information. They are not our hold up to our November 8, 2016 accident, it's the hospital and doctor offices they keep dragging their feet on sending the needed information. And Ashley is really trying to get it, I even call and they still aren't moving any faster. I don't know how much we will get, I've never asked if they have any idea. That is because we know Ashley is going to do everything she can to get the most money she can get. Also I've never had the problem I read others have about only getting the front desk. I was giving Ashley direct number to her desk. And even when I lost it the person at the front desk transferred me, and asked if I didn't get an answer did I want to leave a message plus she gave me the direct number again. So as for now I am 100% please with the work they are doing, because they can't make people send the requested information.

Poor communication... Was switched to another location with different attorney with no notification... Stuck now in debt paying my own hospital bills... Neither attorney worked hard on the case and didn't deserve a dime in my opinion. Will never use or refer this firm again!!!

My intial claim with the Green Law Firm was a bit rocky. I believe this was due to the fact that one of the drivers that hit me was driving an uninsured vehicle. This was very unfortunately for me and my initial lawyer. We thought the case was over. I kept a grain of faith for the entire situation and the case was passed to, B. Parker Green. Mr. Parker has been a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He fought hard for me, resulting in my medical bills being paid and a little pocket change for my pain and suffering. I pray I will never need a lawyer, but if i do, I want B. Parker Green!

I had a horrible experience with the Green law firm.My lawyer did not communicate well at all in the beginning stages of my case.He even made me feel as if I was lying about my injuries.He stated he was my knight and plans to fight for me.I waited six months for the lawyer to make money off me.My settlement was chump change, nothing close to my lost wages.To top it off, Chris didn't even present me with my check, he chose to go to lunch instead.So I had a pathetic lawyer who so called was my Knight that I never laid eyes on.Please do not waste your time with this law firm. They are not good.They just want to make money off you and give client chump change after a long wait.So here you have it Green Law y'all suggested me write a review so here it is.

Not a lawyer who will fight for you! They seem to take more money than what they should receive from your settlement. STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM ANY DOCTORS THEY ADVISE YOU TO SEE. All they want is $$$. Do your own research to find a good lawyer and doctors! This place is bad news they are shady in my opinion. I wish I never trusted to go to them.
