I'm clearly concerned that the attorneys at law allow for board of director(s) Jerry Hottle/Frances Hottle to remain as directors in BAY HILL when it has been proven that they have collectively written at least one check to Joe Mullins campaign (value of $250) and are a part of money laundering? Perhaps the Attorneys at Law should read local news outlets and deem that certain people in power of positions are not capable...

Also, it would be nice to know where all the money spent toward HOA fees goes. It is odd that a small neighborhood with no amenities has to pay a minimum of $600 yearly per household totaling $88,800 (neighborhood) without any fees or fines in that total. Example: Jones Creek pays less than this for a nicer, neighborhood with amenities. I smell another scandal here...just stating the facts.

Extremely disappointing. Messed up quit claim: got the incorrect address registered, got the original lost, not doing anything to fix it, not responding to my complaint. Now asking me to get their mess get fixed myself. It Had been better to file it myself than instructing them.

I’m not sure what service they provide other than a fancy place to sign your loan docs because when we had a problem it took my husband calling more than 5 times to talk to someone just for them to say that they don’t handle any problems after close.
