Hello all , Justin has been my Go-To lawyer for several years . Mr. Kata has always done an excellent job explaining and communicating back and forth with me about the several cases I’ve hired him for . Even when I felt hopeless about my charges he was able to provide me with peace of mind . I hired Justin and this law firm for a criminal case for my wife. He was rude to talk to, he did not call back at time he said he would, and he kept vital information about the case from me. All my money I paid and months of time was wasted with him in the 8 months. Be careful hiring him, since all it seems he is good at is doing nothing, lying, and taking your money. I fired him after I found out information that was different than what he was leading the case to be, which is why I feel like he was not planning on doing anything at all for my wife and only blowing me hot air. By the way, after I hired a new lawyer, it was handled after a month.

I RETAINED JUSTIN KATA TO REPRESENT MY SON IN A CRIMINAL CASE. JUSTIN AGREED TO $25,000 AND I WAS PAYING HIM $1,000 A MONTH AND HE DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME WITH PAYMENTS SINCE I WANTED HIM TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE SERVICE HE AGREED TO PROVIDE. HE DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND DID NOT PUT IN THE HOURS HE AGREED TO ASSIST MY SON CASE, IN THE CONTRACT HE STATED I HAVE RETAINED HIM AND PUT HIM IN A POSITION TO NOT BE ABLE TO REPRESENT SOMEONE ELSE BUT HE WOULD CANCEL SAYING HE WAS IN COURT OR HIS GRANDFATHER NEEDED HIM. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED IN THE DISRESPECT I RECEIVED FROM JUSTIN.. AFTER I FIRED HIM HE ONLY GAVE ME DOCUMENTS THAT I PROVIDED TO HIM FROM MY SON PREVIOUS LAWYER. NOT ONE PIECE OF PAPER WAS FROM THE GEISE LAW FIRM, HE SAID MY SON FILE WAS BEING COPIED AND I WOULD GET IT IN THE MAIL. HE TOLD ME THAT HIM AND THE PROSECUTOR PLAYS ON THE SAME SOFTBALL TEAM BUT WHEN HE WAS TO MEET WITH THEM REGARDING MY SON HE SAID" THEY'RE NOT SAYING ANYTHING" YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU ALLEGEDLY MET WITH THEM TWICE AND THEY ARE MUTE? COME ON HERE! HE HAS NO MORALS OR ETHICS FOR HIS JOB AND I AM A LIVING WITNESS. I AM NOT THE ONE TO THROW THE ROCK AND HIDE MY HANDS AND WILL INFORM ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO LISTEN MY STORY.
