What ever compensation they get you approved for, for bodily injuries be prepared to recieve less than half of that in you're check. Other than that, they will handle you're case.

I've used Ken Nugent two times one time for my disability and Macon Georgia and one time hin Augusta with a motorcycle wreck. They came out for me both times

I gave a three star. KN did great for us regarding our hit and run case against a semi truck accident. They are not a bad company but could use some improvement. My boyfriend and my disappointments were we were never told what happened to the truck driver. (was he fired, loose his CDL license, arrested for a hit and run???), we never got our phone call as promised from a lawyer, and never got a call our checks were ready for pick up. We had to call them. The issue date on the check was 1/22/2020. I wonder if I hadn’t called today 2/12/2020 how long it would have taken KN to contact us? They wanted us to give them a 5 star rating and wanted it done right there in the office. I didn’t do the original rating. They submitted 5 star on my behalf. I went outside parking lot to change to 3 star but wasn’t able to edit for comments, hence why I’m resubmitting MY review.
Overall, not bad but they need some improvement and let their customer submit their own reviews.

Working with Ms. Jennifer Palmer over the past year has been an absolute pleasure. My case took a while, due to the insurance company, yet Ms. Palmer stayed in constant touch with me. Ms. Palmer was very professional and patient with me and my many phone calls. If I am ever in need of an attorney again, I would definitely reach out to Ms. Palmer.

Jessica Lugo is a very kind and diligent. But everything went terrible when my case was passed to the attorney. First of all I never spoke with the attorney; it was only with his assistant: Lauren Williams very sarcastic, doesn’t let you finish your thought before she is responding, will tell you everything to hang up on you. And no one else follow up on me, I was stuck with her Early in the process I expressed to her my concern of my bills not going to collection and affecting my credit score, she told more than 5 times not to worry about it. The hospital told me that they could put my account on hold if the lawyer office sent them a letter. She refused to follow up with the hospital to put the account on hold and told me again not to worry about it. After my credit dropped 56 point and I call her she changes the story to “you are responsible for your bills, the only way they would not affect your credit was if you pay for it ”. Never trust what she says. My compensation after the bills were paid was ridiculously low, since the lawyer takes 40% of the total before the bills are paid, so he ended up getting weight more than me. I’m so glad is over.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They lost all my paper work for my case because of personnel issues, then told me that it was my problem. It took them 3yrs to settle my case when it should of only took a year and the only reason I got anything is cause I threatened to take it to court.This place sucks go to Mike hostilo or any one else other than Ken
