I contacted this attorney to discuss a case that I had, this attorney called me back and I must say was very professional and spoke about a plan of action concerning my case and that she felt she could help me. I retained this attorney and now was just waiting to hear back from the courts. Today I contacted her office and spoke to an answering service that transferred me to someone who was the Paralegal. The most unprofessional experience that i have ever had. I was told that the attorney that I hired does not represent me and that she could not locate me in the system! Imagine my surprise. I explained that I was concerned about this because the reasoning for my call was because I needed to see what was happening with my case, that
I had received notice from that I had been served which I had not, nor did I hear anything regarding this from the attorney firm. The paralegal then proceeded to hang up the phone on me after telling me that the attorney Samantha would not be available to speak with me until 2.28.19. I was in shock. I have since then emailed the attorney several times since this morning and have not heard back as of yet. They day is still young and she may be in court, however at this time I am left without representation after I have paid my retainer. Very disappointing to be treated this way from members of the staff at Holloway-Bell. While Ms Samantha was very friendly and professional I cannot say this about her team. I hope that I will in fact receive a call back today to at least get my money returned as I am not being retained by her firm as per her paralegal and I unfortunately am not able to wait for an attorney that I hired to contact me back three weeks away when I have an very important case that needs attention immediately.

This review is from a person who hired this attorney. I am not able to give a review on Ms. Samantha's services as a lawyer because I never got the opportunity to represented by her. Service and respect matters especially when you are hiring counsel you expect professionalism and concern from all members of the team not just one person especially since you have to deal with members of the firm as well.

I met Ms Holloway & Ms Bell in their office- and they were so kind. They made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. I know that my prayers have been answered for a good team on my side!

Holloway and Bell was very professional and made sure I was protected. Very satisfied with the end results. At the end of the Divorce This law firm made sure I walked out what was fair and due to me.

As for most, Divorce is never easy. But I will say Ms. Holloway and her team gave me a peace of mind! Everything was explained thoroughly, and she was as Real as it comes. Latoya was a great help as well, and was very attentive and returned all my calls at a timely matter, even when Ms. Holloway was out of office. I definitely will refer people to this firm and if any other legal matters come in the future, She will be my GO TO ATTORNEY!

This law firm operates in an unethical manner with little to no integrity what-so-ever. They did not seem to be very knowledgeable once the other attorney responded to their initial requests for discovery. There was little to no interest in helping me resolve the matter in which I retained them for. Once they received the retainer and started wasting it (stealing it for lack of better terms), they simply decided to file a motion to be removed from the case without conducting or initiating any legal action(s) that was conducive to getting my child support modified. Six months and $2,487 dollars later, they only helped me get further in debt and lose all confidence in attorneys like them. I was mortified at the way they conducted business.

One of the worse Law Firms in the State! I retained them to represent me in a simple child support modification case. They took $2,000 as a retainer and in return the served my ex with discovery, made me pay them an additional $300 for mediation which never took place as they canceled it the day before, and then had the audacity to file a motion to withdraw from my case. So I paid them $2,300 for “file maintenance” and for their para legal to ask me to do everything regarding my case. I had to answer my own Interrogatories. I retained them in April and by September they decided to withdraw without having done anything that was conducive to getting my child support modified. Their paralegals are not professional and the attorneys gouge their clients for money.

Tifini Bell was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She listened to the facts of my case (HOA lawsuit) and worked to get me a positive resolution. She and Tabitha walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. On my court date, Ms. Bell worked diligently to get the best results for me. I appreciate the effort and attention she gave and highly recommend her services. Thank you Ms. Bell.
