If you ever come here plan to be here for longer than want you we're expecting. The way here is usually at least an hour because of the amount of people that are always there. The staff there truly do their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. The probation officers there I'm very hopeful as long as you do what needs to be done and show up to your appointed meetings with them

Schedualing and wait time is horrible been waiting an hour and when i ask about time frame i will be seen they cant find my sign in at the window ? So they took my info again and its been another hour.

I cant understand how with the influx of people coming and going in this place that there is only 1 unisex restroom for the public. Stupid

This place was full of black people which is another example of the judicial system sucking the life out of minorities.

Computers rarely work. Staff is nice enough but always a wait.

The people there were very helpful and easy 2 deal with.

great place to hang out with family. comfortable chairs coupled with television and a relaxed environment make this one of my top choices for a Sunday evening with my wife and daughter

THIS PLACE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO STRUCTURE. THE COMPUTER TO SIGN IN DOESN'T WORK HALF THE TIME SO THEREFORE YOU'LL BE SITTING THERE FOR HOURS OR WON'T GET CALLED. THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TALK TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO SIGN IN (BECAUSE THE COMPUTER DOESN'T WORK) SHE GIVES YOU ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE'S UNHAPPY. YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO BUG THE THE STAFF IN ORDER TO GET BACK THERE FOR YOUR PROBATION APPOINTMENT. THEN ALL OF THEM HAVE AN ATTITUDE & GET SNAPPY EXCEPT VERY FEW. ALSO THERE'S PEOPLE WALL TO WALL BECAUSE THEY'RE SO SLOW & WITH THAT BEING SAID THE ROOM IS 100 DEGREES WITH ALL THE BODIES. IT'S JUST NOT A GOOD PROBATION OFFICE. THEY NEED HELP & DEFINITELY SOME KIND OF STRATEGY WITH ALL THE PEOPLE THAT COME IN & OUT OF THERE.

I don’t understand how our tax dollars are paying these lazy ass employees? When I tell you I have been calling everyday all day for the past 6 days and have tried every extension and nobody answers. Smh it’s sad. This is why ppl don’t like hiring black ppl for these type of jobs

Every mailbox is full and the automated system does not tell you about your appointment until after hours so once you find out about them you cannot call the office to find out any further information or to inform them of your situation if you are unable to make the appointment initially. I believe it's these kinds of things that keep our judicial system stopped up enough to where Justice is no longer Swift. It's a shame but I know these people work hard, perhaps my issue is one for human resources and not directly the officers.

Been calling everyday for two months and everyone's answering machine is full..There's no way you can get thru to anyone. I just want to pay my fine..I'm starting to think they'd rather I face time in jail than get they money I owe. I just need to ask a simple question..the last time i got thru was in 2017 and I had to act like i was someone else (another probation officer from a different department) in order to talk to someone. I'm at my wits end..i have no idea what to do..I'm 500 miles Away just trying to o pay this fine off in full

My P.O. is always rescheduling. When you call no one picks up and all of their voicemails are full so you can’t ever leave a message.

As far as being on probation goes, this place doesn't suck. Officers are pleasant.

This is an awful company that bilks the public, example: Someone with a $41 ticket that can't pay can rack-up hundred of dollars in 'fees' without ever reducing the $`41 owed! BLOOD SUCKERS who've had people jailed, caused them to lose their jobs --- and rack up more fees for not affording to pay. So they are sent to debters' prison. How is this right in America? SHUT THEM DOWN!
