A lady is super unfriendly through email. Bad experience with them! Beazer Home should consider another attorney as collaborator.

Great closing attorney fast and efficient

I closed ten REO properties which I purchased in cash from their client with them. I emailed them a couple hours before closing and told them that I was going to be 30 minutes late. As I was arriving I was told they were going to have to reschedule the time because it was going to go past 1pm. This means they collected $7500 in closing fees from me (which was a complete ripoff- took advantage) and only blocked out one single hour for ten different properties. I found this to be extremely rude, dismissive and not focused on providing service. It felt like the IRS office more than a company wherein I was paying them $7500 (plus title insurance fees)

Not 5 stars because they have high prices but all else is fantastic.

With out a doubt the absolute worst closing attorney I have ever used. Avoid if at all possible.
