Great customer service, the entire process was explained to us from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and caring. They made this hard decision very easy and made us feel confident in our decision and not like we were bad people for filing bankruptcy. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My initial interaction with the paralegals and lawyers was great, however, the lawyer assigned to me for my confirmation hearing was very rude and the paralegal that I met with on a subsequent visit rushed me out of the office without answering all of my questions. It's like they don't care once they get your money.
