I own a small trucking company and Allen and his firm helped me solve an issue that came up that required legal attention. I can't recommend them enough. He cares about what he does and he cares about his clients. If he believes in you and or your case, he will "take it to" the adverse party in a firm, respectable way. No messing around here.

Contacted his office to try to get him to represent me. I’m in the military and was put in a very bad situation due to training. The clerk that answered the phone was very nice. Once I spoke to Mr. Allen he said he can represent me and that I would have to pay $700 right now. I didn’t have all the money and asked could he accept half. He said no and said that that’s my problem and hung up the phone. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He is very rude and disrespectful.

He is the best around and the only one I trust.

Allen Smith was appointed to be my attorney for a traffic ticket through Legal Shield. Every time, literally, I called his office he was office busy, "...but if I can take your number he will call you right back..." was what his secretary promised. Legal Shield even had to contact his office and was given the same promise.

It seems once he actually had to work, and couldn't simply get the ticket reduced to a monetary fine, his office lost interest.

In my opinion you're taking a very high risky gamble if you decide to retain his legal services. He obviously doesn't care about his clients.
