When I was in a car accident I had a hard time dealing with the insurance company. I had some major damage to my car and my neck and back were causing me a lot of pain. I went to see David Komie because two of my friends recommended him. David met with me personally. I liked him because he was honest with me. He did not promise to put $100,000 in my pocket. What he did promise was that he would do everything he could to get my car fixed, get me good medical treatment, and have my lost wages and medical bills covered. David sent me to see two different doctors. It turned out I had a ruptured disk that the initial x-ray missed. Had to go to PT for a few months and get some shots in my back but I am much, much better now. My car is fixed. David did all that he promised. He also found insurance benefits I didn't even know I had. After fees and all of my bills were paid (and they were not cheap), I did actually end up with money in my pocket from the insurance company settlement.
