It took a while for someone to get with the intake person make it sounds like good then turns you dwn but the staff was nice inside was nice just the getting back in touch with you is a wait

I've know Dwayne for 10 years now. He was referred by a very dear friend. I've found myself calling on his services for various reasons over the years. Dwayne always put my childrens best interest above all else. At the end of the day thats all that matters.

I spent 3 years with Dwayne as my attorney in a complicated custody case. Dwayne always had the best interest of my son, and was always confident and encouraging, even when I felt defeated by a system that favors mothers even when being with the mom isn't best for the child. His knowledge and experience in family law are invaluable and our case had the desired outcome that was best for my family. After being together on a regular basis for such a long period of time, and him watching our family grow, we are proud to call Dwayne and his wife our friends.

UPDATE: The return was NEVER received. It was NOT processed correctly. I explained this when they sent a receipt. The receipt did not have ANY of my info or my card info on it-very odd. I ALSO sent 6 MONTHS worth of card statements showing the original charge and EVERY transaction for 6 MONTHS following. I would not have written this review if MONEY WAS RECEIVED. . I honestly think Mr Singleton has made this false claim to get out of actually returning the money or else the matter would have been corrected upon showing proof. (If he genuinely cared about correcting this wrong). Furthermore- I WROTE THIS REVIEW AFTER LITERALLY CALLING 25 PLUS TIMES IN A MATTER OF 9 MONTHS. NOT EVEN 1 CALL BACK after never receiving service or a refund. I run a business and would never in a million years treat a client this way. AS FOR THE RETURN, I EMAILED AND SENT PICS (of my card statement)TO HIS PERSONAL PHONE BC THE STAFF SAID THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED. HE FINALLY RESPONDED (via text) SAYING IT WAS RETURNED. HOWEVER, AGAIN IT WAS NOT PRCESSED CORRECTLY- *NO RESPONSE AFTER SENDING DOCUMENTATION. LOST $1000. **Previous Review- Don't take the risk!
I am assuming that the few 5 stars listed are fake due to the reviews stating the EXACT opposite of all the 1 star reviews??
**I contacted his office for a minor business matter. Spoke with Singleton once when he told me to pay $1000 and he would follow up with me after or next day (at the latest)...well long story short, I paid the amount (same day) as requested for his service. Afterwards I made several attempts to make contact with him and NEVER HEARD BACK. Was told a refunded would be honored considering I borderline was robbed. Which allowed them to fool me twice for believing such. Therefore I paid $1000, never received service/legal advice and was never refunded. Please read all the reviews, this is a common occurrence with his firm. I have reached out to the bar with hopes they will take measures to prevent this from happening again.

My brother gave them $1500 for a retainer over a month ago. Spoke with Blake and Miranda, can't get a call back or email from anyone. They have a gate keeper who takes the calls. Need to get a refund for retainer, it's a terrible situation when you pay someone for help and they have no intentions of doing the right thing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! Paid retainer for a a contested custody case and month later they have done nothing can't get them on the phone or anything. So I change my mind to do a uncontested case. Which cost me around a thousand last time. He will not refund any money. My exex lawyer did the majority of the work. I got ripped off bad. They didn't seem to care at all. It is also impossible to get in touch with them. Does it seem odd to anyone that all the reviews are either 1star or 5 nothing in between. It will probably change after I have edited this review. I wouldn't trust it. Fake reviews.

Mr Singleton is by far the greatest attorney I know! He put a lot of time and effort into my case and made me feel at peace with the entire situation. His staff is professional and friendly as well. I've had several friends who have used him in the past who referred me to him because of the quality work he did for them too, and I'm more than pleased with the outcome!

This guy is more of a crook than the people he represents. A relative hired him to help me out, and he promised he could make changes to my case in a week. I called his office for 3 weeks trying to get updates and every time I was told somebody would call me back. No one ever did. I had to visit the office twice, the first time nobody was there during their stated hours. My court date showed up before any changes were made to my case. Now he's trying to bill me for work they did not do, and its not even within the amount we agreed upon.

This attorney botched my case and I lost all my funds. Stay away. please

Dwayne goes above and beyond to help his clients. His paralegals work really hard to answer any questions or concerns while Dwayne is fighting hard in the Court room and jails for his clients.

What a joke! He talks a great game when you write the check but then does nothing!!!! He has not followed through on the promises he made and continues to disappoint.
