Second time using Joel and I'm still very satisfied with his result . He and his staff always keeps me updated on the negotiation. I would give him a negative*if it was possible. He’s very distant does not stay in touch with his clients and he referred me to a very mediocre and incompetent Chiropractor. Apparently they were in cahoots together. Neither of them were able to help or assist me proceeding my accident. Don’t waste your time hiring this whack lawyer.

Really didn't want to give Joel a one star he didn't fight for my case he wasn't a good lawyer to me. They nerve call me to keep me updated on my case just bad professionalism he took the first low settlement didn't fight for me at all I wish I nerve met this lawyer. Fast talker that didn't care anything ábout me as a client. Didnt fight for me AT ALL! Went months without contacting me and once I got in touch he was not pleasant! Just a horrible experience.

Communication is extremely lacking. My case has been going on for almost a year. Every time I call the person who's handling my case is conveniently in a meeting and I leave voice messages that has yet to be returned. I'd assumed my case would be resolved my now considering my husband's has been resolved from the same accident.

Well it was worth the wait Joel Baskin did an awesome job on my settlement now waiting on my babies cases to see how well he does for them almost a year now the wait is awful but let's see the out come.
